    • Do I need a reservation?

      • Yes, you will be required to register online prior to your stay as reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis. Please click here to register.
       
      • Reservations can be made within 60 days of your arrival date for a maximum of two consecutive nights per week.

    • What is the cost to park my RV at the mall?

      Participating in our RV parking program is completely free of charge. However, we do require guests to register in advance to ensure we can accommodate you. Please click here to register.

    • Can any vehicle park in the RV spots?

      • This program is limited to RVs and trailers that do not have beds that require assembly as unpacking is not permitted. Guests must sleep in the RV or travel trailer and are not permitted to sleep in a car.
       
      • No tent trailers, cars, trucks, or transportation vehicles can use the parking space to sleep overnight.
       

    • How long can I stay?

      • RV parking reservations are taken on a first-come, first-served basis for a maximum of two consecutive nights per week. Please keep in mind we do not offer any amenities and you are not permitted to unpack your RV or cook on the property.
       
      • Reservations can be made within 60 days of your arrival date.
       

    • Do you offer any amenities?

      We do not offer any other amenities. We only offer free RV parking on the property for up to two consecutive nights per week.

    • How do I check-in?

      • Upon arrival, you must check-in at the Guest Services booth located on the main level by LensCrafters.  Once you check-in, you will receive a parking permit that you must always display on a window of your RV.
       
      • If you arrive when the mall is closed you must call our Security Office at (403) 835-4301 to inform that you are in the property. Your information will be taken, and you will be asked to complete your check-in at Guest Services the following day by noon.

    • I’m checked in – what do I do now?

      Once you're checked in, we invite you to enjoy a meal at one of our 20+ food vendors including four full-service restaurants CRAFT Beer Market, Milestones, IHOP, and Earls. Check out our unique retailer mix with the brands you love and the brands you love to support. Explore over 20 local retailers with diverse offers and products. For convenience shopping, you can visit Shoppers Drug Mart, Dollarama, Winners, and Safeway.

    • I’m running late for my reservation, what do I do?

      If you are not able to check in for the time provided during your reservation, please contact our Guest Service team at (403) 271-7670 or email SCMGuestServices@oxfordproperties.com as soon as possible so we can adjust your booking.

    • Can I lose my reservation?

      If you do not contact our Guest Services team by the end of the day (mall hours) on your reservation date, your reservation will be forfeited and you will be asked to re-register.

    • Can I transfer my reservation?

      You are not able to transfer your reservation. Please cancel your reservation and click here to re-register. Reservations are taken on a first-come, first-serve basis.
