From the city to the ranch, we express our western spirit by proudly handcrafting truly authentic boots. Each pair pays homage to our past while adding contemporary elements, functionality, and comfort.
We continue to handcraft each pair of Alberta Boots in our own Canadian workshop. There is no item in your closet as wearable, versatile, timeless and comfortable as a pair of Alberta Boots.

Hours Per Week: 40
Type of Work: 2-5 years experience required
The Retail Store Manager oversees the day-to-day store operations, ensuring all facets of management (people, product, sales & brand development) at the retail store location are positive, productive and profitable.• Staff recruitment, interviewing, training, supervision, and scheduling• Educaton (product and brand), motivation and supervision of staff via coaching, counselling and, when needed, developing problem-solving skillsets• Development and execution of sales strategy to ensure long-term customer relationships• Utilization of POS systems for transactions and HO report backs• Ensure accurate and ongoing customer data collection for media and sales campaigns• Generation of weekly sales data analysis and monthly HO report backs• Store merchandizing, working in collaboration with Buyer/Merchandiser• Instore event planning and execution• Social media content generation and weekly HO report back• Full time position• 3 – 5 years proven management and sales experience• Managers are salary-based, with the general expectant of an alternating Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday 40/hour workweek. Managers are expected to attend events, both in-store and as required by HO.Application Medium:
