Southcentre Mall Gift Cards

24/7 Security
Your safety is of utmost importance to us. Our Security team patrols and monitors Southcentre Mall and its parking facilities 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Southcentre Mall Security is onsite 24/7 and utilizes extensive CCTV footage of the property to ensure Southcentre Mall is a safe and secure shopping environment. In addition, Security also provides the following services:
- First Aid & AED
- Safe Walk Program
- Security Patrolled Parking Lots
- Vehicle Assistance
- Emergency Preparedness

Lost and Found
Did you lose something at Southcentre? If so, our Security team may have it! Contact Security at (403) 835-4301 to describe and claim the lost item.
Family Services
Family Washroom – Southcentre Mall offers three family washrooms equipped with change tables.
Nursing Room – For your convenience, the centre has two nursing rooms. One is located in the Food Court washrooms and the other is located at Lower Level washrooms between Old Navy and The Hudson’s Bay.
Expectant Mother & Small Children Parking – Southcentre Mall has designated parking stalls for expectant mothers and visitors with small children near each entrance.
Kids Play Area – Southcentre’s indoor play area (ROAR) is open for visitors. View on map. Please note the play area is closed from 9 am – 10 am and 3 pm – 3:30 pm for cleaning.
Phone Charging
We have charging stations located throughout the centre. Look for the charging icon on the map.
Auto Aid Services
Our Security team can provide helpful auto services including battery boosts and assistance with flat-tires. Personal escorts to your vehicle are also available. For more details call Security at (403) 835-4301.
Electric Vehicle Charging
Southcentre does not currently have electric vehicle charging stations.
Wheelchairs and Walkers
Complimentary push wheelchairs, walkers and canes are available at a first come first serve basis from our Guest Services desk – located on the lower level near Winners and LenCrafters. View on map. Mobility scooters are not available. Call Guest Services at (403) 271-7670 if you need a wheelchair delivered to a mall entrance.
Strollers
Strollers are available for rent. There are two Stroller Stations. One is located on the Upper Level between H&M and Crate & Barrel, and the other is on the Lower Level near Below The Belt.
Wifi in Mall
Southcentre Mall offers complimentary Wifi is available throughout the centre. Simply connect to the network, ‘FreeSouthcentreWifi’. To gain access to the network, users will be kindly asked to provide their email address and postal code, as well as acknowledge the Teams and Conditions and Privacy Statement. Alternatively, users can also be granted access to the network by signing-in with your Facebook account.
Pet Policy
Pets are not permitted in the centre – only service animals are allowed.
You are welcome to bring your pets to PetSmart through their exterior entrance.
SPC
A Student Price Card Activation code can be purchased at our Guest Service desk. For more information and to view the terms and conditions, please visit SPCcard.ca.
Sensory Backpacks
In partnership with the Calgary Wildrose Lions Club and Variety – the Children’s Charity of Alberta, we have Sensory Backpacks available for loan from our Guest Services desk. View on map.
Bicycles
Connected to Calgary’s network of cycling routes, Southcentre is designed to be easily accessible for cyclists and offers bike racks at the following Entrances:
- North Entrance near Scotiabank
- Outside Sporting Life’s Entrance
Mall Walking
Our primary concern is the safety of our guests and tenants, therefore, mall walking is not permitted at this time.
