    Responsibilities include promptly responding to shopper inquiries, managing the gift card program, performing administrative tasks, and assisting with events. Additionally, the role involves handling potential stressors with integrity, managing technology efficiently, and maintaining strong communication skills.

    Experience and Qualifications:

    – Previous customer service experience.

    – Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Teams and various software.

    – Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.

    – Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    – Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

    – Availability on Tuesday/Wednesday evenings and alternating weekends, totaling 10-20 hours per week, with flexibility during peak periods.
