SALES ASSOCIATE
Northern Reflections is looking for a Sales Associate to join our store team. The Sales Associate is accountable for achieving daily personal sales results and customer service standards while following our Fundamental Selling Skills program and meeting key performance indicators. They will also assist the Store Management Team in maintaining all operations of the store.
Job Duties:
Meet or exceeds daily personal sales goals and key performance (KPIs) indicators
Uses Fundamental Selling Skills to provide an outstanding customer experience

Requirements:
