Furry friends are invited to have their photos taken with Santa and experience the magic of the Holidays with Paws with Claus. Bring your fluffiest friends (max. 2) to Southcentre Mall to see Mr. Claus after hours. All pets with paws are welcome! (Only service animals are permitted in the centre during mall hours)

Share the Pawsitivity by bringing donations of unopened food packages and new or gently used pet supplies. Donations will be accepted onsite and collected by the Calgary Humane Society.

Evenings from November 15th to November 29th, on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays, between 8 pm and 9 pm.

Join us in creating heartwarming moments that truly capture the spirit of the season as we provide a warm and inclusive experience for children and families with unique needs, ensuring everyone can cherish the magic of a Santa visit.

Peace of Mind visits with Santa give children and families living with autism, sensory sensitivities and other disabilities an opportunity to participate in the holiday tradition.

Whether you’re interested in capturing holiday memories or ensuring Santa is up-to-date on your wishlist (no photo necessary), all visits are welcome but will require an appointment.

Please note that for the best experience, personal photography is not allowed during your visit. Our photographers are experts at creating heartwarming memories, and we can’t wait to provide you with beautifully captured moments to cherish.

You can book up to 14 days in advance. Scheduled appointments are subject to change, we recommend to check back at a later date for availability.

Please keep in mind that there may be other pets present during your time slot, and we kindly request your cooperation in maintaining a comfortable environment for everyone. While we strive to have each session as stress-free as possible, due to the public setting, it may not always be feasible.  

We encourage all pet owners to arrive as close to their scheduled time slot as possible to minimize interactions with other pets. To ensure the safety and comfort of all animals, please leash or safely contain your pets until your session begins, and follow the guidance provided by Santa’s team. 

• Only dogs and cats are welcome – no other animals are permitted. 
• You must enter and exit through the South Entrance by Crate & Barrel. 
• All pets must be on a leash, in a pet carrier, or held by the owner at all times. 
• Owners must immediately clean any “messes”. 
• All animals must be current on vaccinations. 
• Aggressive/dangerous animals are not permitted. 
• Santa set staff, mall management, and security have the discretion to turn away animals if they do not fit the above guidelines or appear aggressive toward people or other animals.
